We are delighted to announce Head Chef Ben Hughes has joined the team at The Yorkshire Grey, he has been working very hard developing our food operation over the last month.
Ben has been working in Fine Dining (Including 2 & 3AA Rosette award winning venues) for over 10 years. Previous to joining our team he Was the Head Chef at the Herne Tavern, Dulwich for 3 years.
In addition to Ben, We welcome Konrad who will be his Sous Chef. Konrad also has a wealth of fresh food experience working with the likes of Chiswell Street Dining Room (3AA Rosette) and Vinoteca.
The new menu will champion seasonal produce from locally sourced suppliers. Over the next month we will introduce a new weekend Brunch menu, sharing & set-menus for private events.
